CBHE Projects Grant Holders Meeting

Project Online Kick-Off Meeting

The HOPE project officially launched with an Online Kick-Off Meeting on November 20th, 2025. Partners from Germany, Greece, and Israel gathered virtually to discuss project objectives, work packages, and the roadmap for building a comprehensive peace education curriculum in higher education institutions.

Deliverables

Administration and Management Materials

Administrative documents and reporting materials supporting the coordination of HOPE, including signed agreements, declarations, staff documentation, and templates for project and financial reporting.

Digital Management Tools

Digital tools supporting project coordination, document sharing, communication, KPI monitoring, and the management and follow-up of HOPE activities and deliverables.

Quality Assurance Plan

The Quality Assurance Plan defines how HOPE will monitor the quality of project management, activities, and deliverables, using agreed indicators, evaluation criteria, feedback, and internal and external review processes.

Progress Report

The Progress Report brings together information on project implementation, activities, results, and expenditure for reporting to EACEA and for reviewing progress against the HOPE work plan.
